Matthew D. Breitenberg
Founder and Principal
With a blend of corporate and consulting experience in strategic planning, marketing, and general management with nonprofit organizations and corporations, Matt brings a truly hands-on approach to clients’ challenges.
Before founding Straight Path Management, Matt was the head of corporate planning for a Fortune 100 corporation. Prior to this, he was a Partner at a Manhattan-based consulting firm.
A graduate of the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T., Matt earned a master’s degree in Management Science with a concentration in Marketing and Operations Management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from M.I.T.
Andrew brings to Straight Path over 15 years of experience in brand communication strategy and design. As a Creative Director working for both non-profit and for-profit companies, Andrew has a proven record of streamlining innovative marketing efforts with overarching strategic initiatives.
He has developed customized creative and strategic content for several Fortune 100s and collaborated with many non-profits to deepen local community culture and cohesion, which has formed a meaningful and important part of Andrew’s work.
Andrew’s did his Master’s graduate work in Communications and Design in The Netherlands and received his undergraduate BA from Swarthmore College.
Helen is a health care expert and has successfully worked with the Schools of Public Health at several premier institutions over the past three decades. She has served as a faculty member at Harvard University and collaborated on numerous research and policy projects at UCLA. Dr. Halpin served on the faculty at UC Berkeley for over 23 years.
Helen received a PhD in Health Policy from Brandeis University. She also holds a ScM in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University and a BA in Biology/Chemistry from Skidmore College. She has published over 100 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals.
Lindsay M. Oliver
Lindsay comes to SPM after nine years of corporate retail experience in New York City, where she worked as Account Executive for a Fortune 200 overseeing the off-price men's division. Her facility for implementing corporate strategies and her love of building the financial piece of the business has transitioned her well into the role of Senior Associate at SPM.
Lindsay graduated from James Madison University with a BA in Communication.
Connie specializes in strategic consumer and donor relationship development and brand enhancement. She was Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic Marketing at the Russ Reid Company, where she was responsible for developing donor and consumer insights and strategic marketing innovations.
Previously, Connie held senior positions at agencies in New York and Chicago, where she created successful targeted-advertising campaigns for some of the nation’s leading advertisers, including General Foods, Disney, CBS, Toyota, World Vision and Xerox.
